The present conditions shall be governed by Spanish law and, where appropriate, the common European laws.
The parties shall submit to the following courts and tribunals for the resolution of any conflicts that may arise between them, and waiving any other jurisdiction:
a. In the event that THE USER is a consumer, the courts and tribunals of the domicile of said user shall have jurisdiction.
b. In the event that the buyer is a businessman, the courts and tribunals of the location of the PROVIDER shall have jurisdiction.
